Terms of Service

These terms govern access to ShapeUp, including accounts, bookings, marketplace orders, subscriptions, coaching tools, wellness features, and related services.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access. Professional, facility, restaurant, academy, and staff accounts may require verification.

2. Bookings, Orders, and Payments

Prices, availability, cancellation windows, refund eligibility, commissions, and taxes may vary by provider, product, location, plan, or promotion. You agree to pay charges shown at checkout and to follow the cancellation or refund rules presented for the transaction. For full details on refund eligibility and process, see our Refund Policy. 3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant ShapeUp a limited license to host, display, process, and transmit that content to operate the platform. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or unsafe content.

4. Health and Safety

ShapeUp is not a substitute for medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting fitness, nutrition, physiotherapy, or wellness activities, especially if you have a medical condition or injury. When you connect a wearable device or health platform, you consent to ShapeUp collecting and processing the health data described in our Health & Wearables Data Consent page. You may withdraw that consent and delete your health data at any time from Profile → Privacy.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not misuse the platform, bypass security, scrape protected areas, interfere with availability, impersonate others, submit fraudulent transactions, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when needed to protect users, comply with law, investigate misuse, handle unpaid balances, or enforce these terms. You may request account deletion from your GDPR and privacy settings.
